Start with the answer a person can verify

A useful support copilot does not simply generate a confident message. It makes the relevant context visible: the customer’s question, the current policy and the record that supports the next step. That clarity makes review faster without removing responsibility.

In a prototype workflow, keep the suggested reply separate from the source material. Reviewers should be able to open the evidence, correct outdated information and decide whether to send, rewrite or escalate.

Make review part of the interface

Put the approved sources near the draft, record the final human decision and provide an escalation path when evidence is incomplete. Measure reviewer effort alongside factual correctness. A faster draft is not useful if it takes longer to verify.

This article is illustrative template content, not a report of a deployed customer system. Adapt the review process to your organization, permissions and policies.
