SUPPORT SYSTEMS
FEATURED SOLUTION / ILLUSTRATIVE STUDY
Every conversation.
A support copilot that brings scattered policies and order context into one clear review flow.
THE CHALLENGE
Too much searching before the first reply.
THE APPROACH
Ground the draft. Show the source. Keep the agent in control.
WHAT TO MEASURE
Preparation time, corrections and useful completion.
Example solution architecture, not a claim of client delivery or measured business results.
01
DISCOVER
Map the current workflow. Talk to the people doing the work. Check information access and agree a testable outcome.
DELIVERABLE
WORKFLOW MAP / PILOT BRIEF ↗
02
DESIGN
Make the useful path visible.
Prototype the experience, define the system boundaries and decide which actions require a person’s approval.
DELIVERABLE

03
BUILD & EVALUATE
Test the real-world edges.
Connect the tools and sources. Compare representative cases, review failures and check operating cost as well as output quality.
DELIVERABLE
IMPLEMENTATION / TEST SET ↗
04
LAUNCH & LEARN
A handover, not a hand-wave.
Introduce the workflow gradually. Train the team, document the controls and agree how feedback becomes an improvement.
DELIVERABLE
RUNBOOK / OWNERSHIP ↗
Your information. A useful answer.
Retrieve approved sources, respect access permissions and show where the answer came from.

SUPPORT SYSTEMS
The first reply should be traceable.
A practical approach to support copilots that show their sources and keep humans in control.

DESIGN & STRATEGY
Designing AI workflows people trust.
Why explainable steps, thoughtful defaults and a clear handoff matter more than a flashy demo.

EVALUATION
Better evaluation before bigger automation.

04 / GOOD QUESTIONS
Do we need to know which AI model to use?
No. Start with the workflow and the information it needs. Model and integration choices follow the requirements, including quality, access, operating cost and review needs.
Can you work with our existing tools?
We assess the available APIs and permissions during discovery. The proposed scope identifies supported integrations and any manual steps that should remain.
Will the system act without approval?
That depends on the task and its consequences. We define action permissions and review points explicitly. High-impact or ambiguous actions should have a clear human approval route.
What happens after launch?
Every engagement should define an operating owner, documentation and a handover. Ongoing evaluation and maintenance can be scoped separately.
